It's a breather for the gearbox and should only be connected at one end as shown |

That's what i thought, but there appear to be a factory clip that it's clipped into. Didn;'t expect LR to use a fuel filter as an air filter. Anyone else have thi under their bonnet on a TD6 ? Apologies if i've posted this on my phone and it contains strange spelling and punctuation.. i just can't be bothered to correct it |

Just been out to look under my bonnet, got the same filter (although dirtier than the one pictured!!) |

The EGR setup on the early Td5s has the same filter setup. |
