I notice that the IID shows a 15 mm difference in front height. Maybe that is the problem. My suggestion is to check both heights in real life and bring them to the same height in the software if that works.

There is a 9mm tolerance in heights as standard, the system can't tell if it is level, only if it is within the tolerance per wheel that has been set.. i.e. it doesn't have a build in spirit level...
