To all those who don't know yet or are new , check the straps after winter . I did mine 4 years ago and it's dry here 😦

Update , I did the other side when I fitted the soft close😡 but anyway check them 👍 2008 MY Supercharged

very common problem.. the water from the rear screen runs down to the strap bolts and rusts them..

Good job I read this thread I just looked at mine and they are in really bad condition so I better order a couple up and get them fitted |
