As said before, this truly beggars belief , they must assume owners are muppets, it's not "character", it's clearly their issue! |

Good photos and I would not accept that on a brand new car. I totally agree with you, this has to be sorted properly even if you decide to kick a ball against the door to create the same effect MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Looks like a ripple where the door skin is bonded to the internal framework |

The rear door is harder to photograph as the door skin does curve out slightly towards the back door. However this is supposed to be a gradual sloping out. On my car and on the courtesy car there is a distinctive crease line.

I guess it depends on the range of 'to some degree' and whether yours is within the normal tolerance.

Is it a dent - or a curve in a panel ?

Was the law not changed at the end of last year to be more in favour of the purchaser? I'm sure it's easier now to reject a car. Previously..

This isn't a hand built vehicle. The doors should all be identical, save for colour or trim. Random variations in parts (ANY parts) seem a lot more like the British Leyland days where parts had only coincidental chances of actually fitting together. Not good. |
