Well I've just found the 2 keys for mine where they were supposed to be. I was looking for normal keys before, not great lumps of red plastic, which were in a bag. The swan neck weighs a ton !

Just to add to Nick's write up above... When fitting you need to lock the bar and remove the key! If the key WONT lock/release, the bar is NOT installed correctly and is at risk of coming off whilst using!!! |

thanks fellas i shall have another go tomorrow (its a bit rusty and need a coat of hammerite )thou i dont tow anything with the car its handy to have the wife wont let me buy a caravan |
