ULF -> Phone Compatability

Hi All,

I'm looking to install a ULF module in a 2003 L322 we just got for my wife. I understand the electronics, re-pinning etc and have no problem there. The only thing I'm not sure about is whether either of our phones will work with it! I'm not too bothered about phone book transfer, and SMS is nice to have but not important. However if she can't receive calls it's all a bit pointless.

Can anyone post their experiences of which phones they've managed to get working please? the wife has an HTC One M8 Nexus 6, and I've got a company iPhone 6. Anyone have these phones working (or other newish Android phones). Finally if you happen to know what generation of ULF you have fitted it would be useful to know!

Thanks

My HTC One M9 paired perfectly first time with the same module, wot I bought off mjdronfield Wink

You know you can only have one phone paired at a time ? .

You can pair up to 3 I think. It will then connect to the last one to come into range each time the cars started..... So get in the car last !

Well my ULF showed up on Saturday, so got everything installed on Sunday afternoon. I used a couple of the unused cradle wires to put a pairing button underneath the centre cubby rubber base. So just pop it out and I can pair from the front Thumbs Up .

In terms of compatibility, should anyone look at this thread in the future, my iPhone 6 worked well for calls (didn't try the phone book). Unfortunately the Nexus 6 my has will pair but then drop out. This seems to be a common problem with Android lollipop, and I'm looking at a fix on the phone side, although it's sounding quite involved!
