steering wheel

anyone tell me ,when the 17inch steering wheel was used on the 2 door range rover .
most are 16 ,not sure if the first ones had it ,but up to what date .

2002 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Epsom Green

All I know is:
Up to '76 they were grey rim 3 spoke
'76-'79 they changed to gloss black rim 3 spoke
'79 onwards they changed to 4 spoke

England 2007 Range Rover Vogue SE 4.2 SC V8 Zermatt Silver

Some additional information:-

The basic price in June 1970 was £1528 12 shillings and 6 pence + purchase tax took it to the princely sum of
WAIT FOR IT....... £1998 !!

thats cheap but remember that the weekly wage was around £30 and you could buy a house for £5k..lager , 20p per pint, ciggys 20p for 20..

Ive got a "Motor" mag (June 1970) reviewing the launch of the RR, in the second hand cars for sale section there was a E type jag for sale £850 if only "sigh".

That's still more than I paid for the ML Mr. Green

I remember buying 2 star for the lawn mower and paying 37P a gallon Shocked Those were the days... when mars bars were 3 times the size of the things we get now a days and they were wrapped in paper so you could rip in to them like a man.... now you have to eat your way in, spitting bits of plastic as you go Shocked Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer...
