I've not used the sat nav much, but like to easily see the next turn and distance. There seems to be an option on the screen settings to have a split screen and have next turning on one half, but when I pressed the screen display option soft key, I could only get the first 2 options.

I haven't fiddled with settings on my 2012. It shows the section of road being driven on until near the junction (or turn) when it switches to half and half with the right side showing the turn in greater detail.

I think it's the 5th or 7th one I want from the manual above. Didn't get that icon. Sun was on the screen so not the best to see how far you are from the turns, on a fast road.

Will give it another try.

I had a destination in, but was in a car park, not a road, so I thought I might not have the option as it thought I was off road or something.

Will try on an actual road and see if the options are available.
