Satnav lost the plot

As title says my satnav was working fine until today I went to the nav screen and put in a postcode which was fine then I set off on my journey and noticed the satnav wasn't following the road and by the time i had driven 6 miles it reckoned i was in the sea ,I tried recalibrating it and same thing happened again,it's okay when stationary but loses it when on the move

I have got a 2016 rusty disc in the system which has been fine
The rear speaker panel detached itself on the weekend but i can't see that affecting it L322 2008 vogue

have a look behind the speaker panel and see if there are any lose cables or plugs detached, other wise try a battery disconnection.. ... - .- -.

There is something about this somewhere, something to do with the gps antenna in the shark fin as far as I can recall there can be water ingress and it can fail. Rolling Eyes

Try stans disconnect, see if it makes it better, Rusty discs are usually ok (probably not allowed to say that shhh) so unlikely that's the problem. Thumbs Up There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

NMJ might be correct in his assumption, its dry and sunny now so your nav is working ok, i bet the next time it rains you'll have problems... ... - .- -.

Ditto. Mine was cracked. When the sun shone it worked. When it rained it didn't. Easy enough to fix and takes about 30-40 minutes.
