So took the bumper and old headlight out today, was a bit trial and error as i wasnt sure where all the mounting holes were. in essence, grill comes off, 3 fixings on the top then just pushed in tabs at bottom. Pull fwd to release.
Remove the rubber bungs now visible and you can access the fixings holding the top part of the bumper.
here you can see the vertical line the screws take down into the metal clips, the bumper is out (pulled forward here but you can see the locating tabs in the bumper that would go between these.
There are several fittings along the bottom

accessed after removing the towing eye cover.
Tow fixings in the middle accessed from below
and two in each wheel arch, the top one is behind the bumper itself so you cant physically see it.

then you can remove the headlight which as four fixings that you need to remove plus the multi plug on the back. there is also a plastic locating post shown in purple.
thought i would post this up to help anyone else looking to change a headlight. Cheers
