Sprayed the silencer box - high temp. paint essential, as recently I found the DPF's were in regen mode after a hundred or so miles of fast A-roads. Stopped for a brew, and on going to the rear of the car, I noticed a " really hot metal " odour, and at first I thought the brake pads were cooked ! The system was extremely warm...

Today I did 4 school runs, bloody kids clubs, picked up the wife after her walking club and put some petrol in for the first time is 1000 miles. |
