i have in my garage around my bike , they are like a fat sock.Moisture Absorbing Silica Gel ..you can get them from motor bike shops...you could put one in the rear quarter, but if you are getting that much moisture then check under your spare wheel for any water, you may have a leaky seal or you air compressor my be throwing out water... V8 facelift Range Rover Autobiography 22" wheels.

morning nick, moisture in the car can be alleviated a bit by having the a/c on all the time and as for the loss of power, my eldest thinks it could be the injector ecu [new battery?] or the injectors blocking up.. i hope this helps ... ... - .- -.

Thanks all. Does having the air con on all the time effect mpg much?? might try throwing some injector cleaner in to see if this makes a difference and am going to splash out on a new battery. Will let you know the outcome. Fingers crossed!!

My MKIII sat nav died due to damp in the rear compartment. I pulled it apart and you could see where there had been moisture on the circuit board.

Definately fit something to soak up the condensation. This area of the boot is supposed to house the vent that draws the cabin air out by the wheel arch though how I don't know.

I got a MK 4 nav as a result but worry about the same thing happening again. 2010 Disco XS TDV6, 2009 Freelander 2 GS

Oh well, 3rd day and joy oh joy all the lights and chimes are back!! tc, ABS , suspension inactive, engine failsafe message.

Waste of money on the battery. Really tainting joy of ownership.

Guess its time to book it in to a specialists.

Got a violent wheel wobble when cornering at 70-80 (seemed front left) as well tonight! Related maybe??

As alreadnty mentioned - you should leave the A/C on, if you dont all electrical copper connectors will fur up which reduces the voltage they can carry or interups the data signals on the data bus.

MPG loss on a 4.4 will be less than a whole percent, it would be different if you had a 1L. You also wont get steamy windows, mouldy leather etc.

Surley alternator would eventually result in dead battery. Had this prob for a while but never had issue starting/ or low battery related problems . Will get alternator tested. Is there a certain voltage the RR should achieve??
