Well with a lot of help from Ian at a company called 'Sub Zero'

Now this chap really knew whis stuff and had the FBH off the vehicle in about 10 minutes without even taking a wheel off he then put the diagnostics on on his test bench in his vehicle confirmed it was the glow plug replaced it with a new one and also all new gaskets/serviced it/cleaned some of the carbon build up out in the heater, connected it up to his mobile test bench and away she went , never been so glad to see smoke haha, fitted it all back on the FF Done 2 full test cycles full cycles and the cab reached 44 degrees (outside was 4 degrees).....heaven, All in took him about 2hrs tops worked without a breather or even a cuppa,

Ian is a very nice chap to boot and works on marine and plant and importantly is registered with Webasto if you look on their website yip can find his details if needed , I would thoroughly recommend him to you all.(and very reasonable rates indeed)

Main dealers quoted me £1200 for a new unit then labour to fit it , I tried at 4 other ' 4x4 specialists ' and none of them wanted to touch the job with a bargepole,

Just thought I would pass this on as I know several peeps on here are having probs and or given up with their FBH as I did ,I only wish I had found him earlier.



Now bring on the Cold mornings........it's already sitting on the Ctek charger (though the 2 cycles earlier didn't seem to bother it TOUCH WOOD)
