Heater blower - only blows to footwell

My range rover will only blow air to the footwell, not to face or windscreen.

I have done a fair amount of work to investigate already:

Fan speed is fine, I have taken the top of the dashboard out, radio out and cover off the blend motors to make sure both fans are working - all was ok. I also changed the FSR just in case.

Temperature is fine. Hot air and cold air can be selected and blows at desired temperature at on either side.

My question to everyone is:

Any idea where the motor is that controls the direction the air is sent? I still have the dash and the majority of the panels off so any clues would be great!!

Thank you all for reading.

Quick update:

On top of the blend motor case there are two cables. One on left (green) and one on the right (blue).

When I select recirculate or max air con the blue cable on the right pulls the outer flap on the right open/closed and a rod pulls the same flap on the left open/closed at the same time.

The green cable on the left doesn't do anything, regardless of what buttons I press. Is this the cable that opens a flap to send air to the face/windscreen?

I have followed the cable down to the driver's side foot well and it is attached to a motor!!

Thank you!!!

I have found this in the workshop manual:

"On both the low and high line heater assemblies, a fresh/recirculated air flap is installed in the air inlet on each side
of the heater assembly. A stepper motor drives the LH fresh/recirculated air flap and a Bowden cable transmits the
drive from the LH to the RH fresh/recirculated air flap. "

This is the cable and rod I must have seen moving. The manual then goes on to mention:

"On the high line system, a ram air flap is installed inside each
fresh/recirculated air flap. A stepper motor drives the RH ram air flap and a Bowden cable transmits the drive from the
RH to the LH ram air flap."

any ideas what the RAM air flap does?

Really stumped as to how to fix this!! Any help much appreciated. Very Happy Current:

Also - the diagram shows three motors that control the distribution flaps - numbers 11 (RH foot well, LH face) and 15 (windscreen).

I think these may be the ones . . . gosh how to get to them??? Current:

Hi Jeff, not sorted yet. I haven't had the time to investigate further.
My next step was to take the heating control panel off to see if the motors are behind it and to see if they are faulty.
Let me know if you have any luck!! Current:
