United Kingdom 2014 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Corris Grey

I would have had the red one Mick. Always wanted Rimini on a LR, and always fancied a red Jag when I used to run those.

BUT.......wifey has a Claret red Jag XF now so it'd look a bit like matching anoraks, hence why my current FFRR is Stornoway.

I'd have Storno again without hesitation but, in the name of everything holy, DON'T BUY IT IN WHITE. Chavvy bloody wedding car. Sorry to any white owners out there - white belongs on a tranny and nowhere else.

Dom.

Red looks the best of the trio I'd say.

Why be like everyone else? 2006 Mercedes CLS

Would have to be the red one I reckon. Imagine what that looks like when polished up properly.

I detailed a Jag S Type in the Jag version of that colour - looked absolutely gorgeous when I'd finished. Whereas my Stornoway FFRR just looks like a shiny wet day. Nice and shiny but never has the WOW factor that the red does, for me anyway.

Besides, the grey one is almost new with the same price tag. Dig a bit deeper and get EXACTLY what you want if the new driveline is a tempter.

That red one does look nice.

On the others for the money I'd have to go the extra (if any?)and get a new one. No previous owners.
OK, you have to wait. But it's got to be worth it to get a new one with exactly what you want.

At least you have a FFRR to use while you are wiaiting. Thumbs Up

Buying a used one now is not such a big deal to me as i bought the SC out the wrapper for £73k and the depreciation was something i swore i would never do again ......... (could be tempted tho) Laughing .

I just can't put my finger on it but there is something about the Red one that i like as you do not see many of them about , but in a way that can be a negative as well ( By the way seen your man at such and such with his Censored off red range rover) Laughing Laughing

The chap that owns it has got it very well specced up , steps, dvd, surround cameras, etc etc ......... jesuuuuussss

Then if i wait till next year for a newie, in 18 months time along comes the new FFRR 2013 MODEL ..... Censored

Appreciate all your thoughts Gents ........ Going now to kick the dog and throw the cat in the bushes ,,,, Laughing ====================================

The more I look at the red one the more I like it actually. Thumbs Up It is different... and that appeals to me in a good way.

I wonder why he didn't go for the Vogue SE which has most of the options as standard ?

Also like the Stornoway the best. Maybe I am bias though as I own one, then the red one. I am not sure what it's called but I am not keen on the side bumber things on RR's. I personally think white full fats are pointless as they get dirt way too easy... and they're womenly. Wink

Yep, the 2013 New shape is going to be a problem...

Spend all that money now, then lose loads, then have to spend it again on the new shape in a couple of years.

Once the new one comes out, you are going to want it.

I want it already and I haven't even seen it... Laughing

Thats why i drive older cars, ok cant afford a new range rover but did start looking with a 30k budget and spent 15k. With two young kids and tight car parks the more i spend the more i would get wound up when damaged. So 15k for me = leave it anywhere, not shouting at the kids for mess in the back, feet on the seats etc. basically just use it.

Some people are rich enough to feel this way with a 80k car.... Laughing 2004 black Vogue TD6
