The brackets that bolt to the chassis look different, but remember a rubber hanger goes between the exhaust and the bracket. So it may be that you can leave your existing bracket in place, and the exhaust just connects using the rubber pieces as normal.

You need to get the brakes from a part of rear outer chassis supports if you put a towbar on,
