I'd find a dealer to read the codes - and drive there slowly

I would agree if under hard acceleration & black smoke from the exhaust.

That's how mine went in France, little bit of smoke, but mostly bong/system fault and limp home, didn't really notice the smoke until after the bong. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thanks for the help. Located extensive split out of sight on upper offside intercooler hose. When everything opens up in the morning will see what I can locate locally to 'lash-up' and get back on the road then a visit to the dealer in Foggia! |

And replace both hoses when you do it - if one has gone, the other is not usually far behind |

Lashed together with tape and whipped with strong and no problem reaching dealer 40 miles away in Foggia. unfortunately no replacement part but a back street garage nearby cut out split section and splinted with a section of exhaust pipe bent and shaped + X2 additional jubilee clips - X 2 chaps about to have their lunch dropped that for 40 minutes to sort there and then and then tried to refuse any payment.! Another 300 miles later all absolutely fine and not now anticipating replacement until back in UK. |
