The one I was replacing wasn't a Britpart one, the new one is. |

im not familiar with this engine, however, the same proccedure to many similar engines, would be, to draw a diagram first, and take a few pics, of how the belt is threaded etc. as it can be very confusing when the belt is off, as to how it goes back on! its usyally a case of flexing a small damper that applies spring tension, (an idler pulley) and pulling it off there, then releasing the tension. then belt is removed, then threaded back on, and a spanner is used to re-spring the tensioner, to allow it back on, and released, confirming, that the grooved belt is indeed on the same groove on all pulleys. normally, you can start car up to check its running right, and inspect, with torch, with the fan off, for a minute of two.
