Another battery issue maybe? - if your battery is as old as your car then at 3+ years some can start to fail causing some electrical components on the car slight problems at first - not sure what the weather is like in your part of the world but if its anything like we have at the moment then a sudden cold snap usually sorts out which batterys are ok and which batteries are past their best - might be worth checking the condition of it before dismantling more complicated bits?....

I would echo that I had splash screen staying on (although I now have found out that is normal if you open the car to retrieve something without starting it the splash screen stays on 20 mins). I the had the steering wheel not tripping out when it was moving out of the way on exit, new battery cured the problem. |
