Peugeot 206 vs FF

I was waiting for a cross over few days ago when I heard hard breaking and finally a loud BANG.
My car didn't move a single mm.... When I got out of my car and saw the car that hit me, I thought....

Then I saw the back of my car....

It had only the smallest scratch...... Not even worth mentioning.

The other driver said it was like driving into a wall... He said his car just came out of the garage because his wife had had an accident with it last week.... His car is now declared total-loss... Cilinderhead, radiator and other parts had severe damage. Thank god nobody got injured, I had three kids in my car and the other driver had two. So things could have been worse.

That's why I love these cars

I would be taking your bumper off and checking the metalwork underneath. Plastic will spring back to it's original form, metal underneath won't. The plastic won't have bent that cars bonnet but the metalwork (or towbar) underneath will have.
Bearing in mind the bumper bar underneath is designed to deform to dissipate the energy from an impact it's something I would get looked at for sure along with the towbar.

Thank you very much for the advice all... Never once crossed my mind... You are right, thinking of it, the plastic of my bumper could have never deformed the other car's bonnet.
Will check and let you know..

So had a look at the metalwork underneath the bumper.

Id bet the rear crush beam behind the bumper has some damage you cant see. They are solid steel things meant to slightly deform but transfer all the energy across both crumple zone sections. The tow bar equipment will have taken some damage as well and most insurance companies in the UK will replace it entirely if there is the tiniest accident related mark on it...
