SCREECH

I've done a search and not much comes up in relation to this so here goes.

I have a really loud screech on full lock? Only if steering to the right?

Any offers? I've looked underneath and nothing looks untoward??

i had a stone caught in between the disc and cover and the only way to get it out was to reverse a few times but that doesnt explain why yours happens on full lock.... ... - .- -.

Surely it would screech on both locks if it were the pump?

Might be low on fluid , worth a check if you haven't already.

If the tracking has been reset in the past then the central position of the rack may have changed, hence full right lock maybe further than full left lock.. then it screeches... they usually last for ages in that state, just don't hold it there, back off the lock a bit... Pete
