02 L322 Unable to Calibrate the Air Suspension - RSW

Hi,

I've read a previous thread regarding this issue but in my case the problem would not resolve itself.

Noticed the 'normal' ride height was a smidge high so I decided to re-calibrate.

The first time was fine, however the front was a tad higher than the rear so I decided to try again, altering the value to produce a reduction.

However all subsequent times when I hit calibrate nothing happens, I've checked for errors (none) the air suspension functions correctly, I've disconnected the battery, closed and reopened RSW about 20 times over a 2 day period. It's now stuck up high and it's like driving bloody big foot around (although it still functions perfectly).

Thanks

It was probably fine but a subsequent attempt raised it up to near what would be considered the high setting whilst in normal, it now won't calibrate.

Transpires I was being an idiot and not factoring in the additional size of rims (22") and subtracting that from the input measurement (thus bringing it within the software's parameters (no greater than 840mm!).

Thanks for your help

Great to know you got it sorted - Thanks for posting back the result - was going to re-calibrate my suspension with RSW and was having second thoughts after your initial post. BTW - RSW himself is usually quite responsive (in my experience) if you find a problem with his unit so sometimes worth emailing him directly Howard

I was giving the forums a bash before I contacted RSW, I've done this a few times, what threw me was the new wheels (old ones were 20").

Best piece of advice is to check the system for any faults (as recommended of course by RSW) before hitting the measure button, the first time I did it my pump was messing about, I rebuilt it with a new seal kit and not had any similar issues.

If you get stuck just give me a shout.
