My original 21" Goodyear tyres are starting to look like a need for replacement soon after 41k miles (amazing for such a heavy vehicle) of varied driving across Europe including mountain tracks and river crossings. Apart from a lot of slight surface cuts they have worn very evenly and never punctured. The ride quality is OK and there is little road noise - grip is/was acceptable.

I also used the Scorpion s on my L322 TD8 Vogue SE - albeit 19" and found them OK but never got more than 25k miles from a set. Road noise was pretty bad in the 322 so it was hard to work out how much was due to tyre noise.

Recently bought a set of Michelin CrossClimate tyres for one of my vehicles and I'm impressed with them, so much so I think I may changing all my tyres to the CrossClimate when the time comes |

I have never tried the Michelins on any of my past vehicles but my experience of tyres to date is that what works on one type of vehicle doesn't necessarily mean it works well on others - I remember fitting Bridgestone to a Landcruiser Amazon - they were dreadful but were brilliant on a Shogun (much lighter vehicle).

I was very impressed with the Michelin Diamaris on my old FF, though not sure they do them in the correct size. They wore well and were quieter than the Zeros which are ubiquitous. There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
