I think you are referring to the lower left of the rad area, looking down from above, the transmission fluid radiator. there is a smallish black plastic cover that has (as you describe) the junction of coolant hoses, and a clip or two to locate it onto the said mini-rad. it is available, but I cant tell you what its called. but you could search part numbers. using diagrams. (rave?) that's really the best direction. first the engine area, then water circuit, and then look for the part etc. and then the number.

Spot on Weejock that's the fella, one of the grooves for the clip is partly broken so cant trust it. best to fit new while its apart.. Thanks for the replies guys, Mick |
