England 2016 Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 Waitomo Grey

53 year old ex motorcycle racer, ex medical engineer, now part time farmer and tech entrepreneur...

Was once Exec.Director of BSI Global, responsible for everything Kitemarked - from double glazing and construction steel to medical devices and motorsport helmets.

Far more importantly am a complete classic car nut and Land Rover enthusiast. Like pretty much anything with an engine or motor...and am almost permanently broke to prove it.. Embarassed

Rode my first motorbike aged 8, drove my first Land Rover aged 12 - with wood blocks on the pedals..
(Don't use them now...)

Currently on Fourth FFRR, soon to be fifth FFRR.
Previously 14 other Land Rovers of various sorts.. Loads of other kit along the way...

We're only here once - so make the most of it.... Thumbs Up Range Rover Vogue SE SDV8 - L405 (now sadly sold)
BMW i3 (fantastic little runabout)
Kioti NX6010 Tractor
Yamaha Big Bear ATV
And a whole heap of other kit...

United Kingdom 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 V8 Giverny Green

23, Chemistry student (though currently on placement in the world of "big Pharma"), Land Rover anorak since about age 10!

This L322 is my first RR, though when I bought the Disco 2 that preceeded it I was tempted by very late RR Classics (but shied away due to their rust potential)

I also currently own a rare pre production Series 3 Station Wagon, once my daily drive and now awaiting a full rebuild

My dad likes my L322 so much that he now fancies getting a last of the line 4.4td Autobiography/Westminster/Vogue for himself when he retires soon... They say good taste runs in the family Thumbs Up NW060

"Red Shed" - 1982 Series 3 88" County Station Wagon
"Spirit of Great Britain" - Rolls Royce Meteor V12 engine
ZG875 - Westland Sea King (cockpit section)
"Carly Rae Jeepsen" - 2006 Jeep Commander 5.7 Hemi

"Pride Of The Road" - 1/4-scale Marshall traction engine - sold
"Georgina" - 2000 Discovery 2 TD5 ES - sold
"Windsor" - 2005 Range Rover Vogue 4.4 - dead

United Kingdom 2011 Range Rover Vogue SE TDV8 Baltic Blue

I am 65 and have owned a LR in some guise or other since I passed my driving test in a Mk1 SWB diesel in 1967.
I first had a drive in a classic RR in 1972 and vowed to own one eventually. It was 1989 when I made it by buying a 2.5 Vogue 2.5td VM. (The best build quality and paint finish of the 4 I have owned) . Pity it was very noisy and very short of power. The 2.5td P38 that replaced in 2000 was not much better. Quantum leap to Td6 Vogue which I have just replaced with 4.4 TDV8 VSE. Beautiful car to drive but a bit worried about first signs of corrosion on upper tailgate.
Zimmer frame next.!!

Scotland 2013 Range Rover Autobiography SDV8 Santorini Black

51 years young now.
Learned to drive on a Massey Ferguson 595 when I was 14. Got a moped at 16, bike at 17 and have always had a bike/car since. Used to have a thing for the old Series 3 Jag's but no longer. First got the Land Rover bug some 20 years ago with a Disco 1, another Disco 1 then P38, Disco 2, 2 x Disco 3's and now onto a TDV8 - the best one yet.

45, owned a few P38s before the current one. Was trying to get my hands on a MK2 RS2000, but the prices were unreal. Decided to treat myself to a 3.6TDV8 instead.
