I tend to go to the Berkshire Arms. has a huuuuuuge car park, so handy for FFRR meets !! Anyone?

65 and on third RR.

First one was a very early 2 door with the limited slip center diff. As I recall number 73 off the production line. That was later replaced with a 4dr that I converted to an automatic. Now an L322

We eat at the Berkshire arms every couple of months. Live in Newbury and still working in IT (at a school so long holidays)

I've just seen this!

Berkshire Arms is great, lovely food. Only been there once but my father and his partner go every few months!

I live in Theale btw, work around Newbury!

I am 32
First Range Rover and first Landy.

First car was a 92 Mini Cooper Spi which i still have in a shed. It died after the big freeze in 2010 the electrics went to poo.
I was in college and didnt have much cash but needed a replacement.
My Dad sorted me out and gifted me my second car.
Second car was 99 Ford Focus saloon, nicknamed Frank the Tank due to legendary reliability.
Still have the focus and looks like my sister will be adopting it soon.

Love my Range.

42 and thankfully still counting, all be it rather more quickly that I'd like.

Ex military and aeronautical engineer and loadmaster by trade but I've been the MD of my own company in the drinks retail sector for more than a dozen years now.

Current is my first FF but previously from the same stable was a new Disco in 2006, a new Sport in 2008 and a Freelander for her indoors (or when she was in behind my doors, would prefer behind bars now Rolling Eyes )

My current is purely out of necessity (nothing to do with my ex absolutely loving RR's.... Whistle ) but is also classifies as crewcab which saves me €1000+ in road tax every year.

30, currently have a 2001 P38 Vogue, bought that when I was 29. First rangie was technically an 87 Classic 4 door V8, I "owned" it with a friend (we were given it as it had been slightly bumped of roading and the starter motor had been ripped of!!) anyway we messed with it for a few weeks before it got shoved into his dads barn. It still lives there today, (apparently) but minus its roof as it was actually relatively straight as I recall. Someone got to know of it and wanted the roof so it was unceremoniously lopped of. I bet I wouldnt have been more than 14 when we had it, so year 2000 it went in the barn?

However my second (but first really) was a 99 P38 4.6 HSE (thor engined) in Cobar Blue which I bought when I was 26, a marmite colour but I loved that old girl and shouldn't really have sold it but I did, locally so I still see it around but missed it so much I ended up with the 01 Vogue to replace it.

Now looking for a 4.2 S/C Smile 2005 E60 M5

As I recall, you wouldn't need to "lop off" the roof, just unbolt it.

Strange maybe, but I still have (most of) the original workshop manual
