has anyone fitted spacers on the rear to bring out the wheel/tyre a bit more ....just curious whether its a worthwhile job.. ... - .- -.

not sure i would Mike but when you look at the rear wheels they do seem as if they need to come out a bit... ... - .- -.

Got them on the MG stan (Came with it not fitted by me) they do push the wheels out a bit and fill the arch nicely.

found these on ebay and it looks like the spacers bolt onto the existing studs and the wheels bolt onto the spacer studs....not sure on the strains on the hub this would cause..

People I know who fitted spacers on other green ovals have had issues with wheel bearings going, but then with off set wheels they would!

They would be better Stan as you would still support on the hub, The ones on MG are just flat plates with slotted holes, Very boy racer. However +1 for wheel bearings Mine was a blue one! |

Had them on my disco 3 with no issues. I will be getting some for the ff. must be Hubcentric and of good quality tho.
