you need to quickly adjust the volume with the steering wheel volume control as the young lady speaks..or there are default adjustments in the volume menu.. ... - .- -.

Thanks, I thought I had tried that but it just turned the music down?? Where is the volume menu from the main setup section??? |

you'd have to read your manual for that one..i think mine [2009my] is when you hold the tone button for about 3 secs. ... - .- -.

TA or traffic announcements are turned off by pressing the info button afaik.. ... - .- -.

It's not the traffic Stan, it's that it sees slightly slow traffic on the Tmc and then tries to reroute you. On a 1 hour journey to ironbridge the other day it tried to re route me 9 times. Clicked no every time and didn't hit any traffic! There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜

Thanks, I'm going to try that as I have the same problem. No matter what I do she keeps going back to the loud setting so I've turned her off |

I looked today and sat nav volume said 1. Other like phone and voice for phone were about 15. So not sure how to turn it down apart from one notch...... To 0! |

Are you playing audio on you iProduct via the aux jack plug , or through the ACU unit ?
