The long beep is to warn you that they are not working so you don't go reversing into something. If you do a search you'll read about people listening to the sensors outside the car, you can hear them "clicking" the one that doesnt click is defective.

DAMMMMMMM You beat me dan !!!! I did a search just after i posted !!! (wrong way round) I knew you youd tell me to do it !!!! Anyway ALL front sensors are "clicking" one rear sensor not working ! Whats the fix guys ? |

could it be the very off side sensor thats not working.....the wiring is chaffed.... ... - .- -.

thats the one dave, same one went on mine and it was the wiring behind the sensor... ... - .- -.

not sure , i didn't do the job but if it is then i shouldn't think it would be hard to do.. ... - .- -.
