GERRRRRRRRRRRRRRRRR Parking sensor !!!

Ok parking sensors not working, continued beep followed by silence and flashing light at button ?

Any ideas ?

United Kingdom 2006 Range Rover Supercharged 4.2 SC V8 Tonga Green

The long beep is to warn you that they are not working so you don't go reversing into something. If you do a search you'll read about people listening to the sensors outside the car, you can hear them "clicking" the one that doesnt click is defective.

However, the system may disable itself as it's obviously detected an issue. The dealers diagnostics should be able to tell you what's up. I'm sure someone will come up with additional solutions soon.

You beat me dan !!!!

I did a search just after i posted !!! (wrong way round) I knew you youd tell me to do it !!!!

Anyway ALL front sensors are "clicking" one rear sensor not working ! Whats the fix guys ?

could it be the very off side sensor thats not working.....the wiring is chaffed.... ... - .- -.
