I notice that the USA-equivalent models of the 2002-5 Range Rover had an orange reflective strip down the side of the front indicator unit. I actually prefer this look on this spec of Range Rover as it looks more in line with the more modern L322s (as those had the orange reflective strips in place). I think it modernises the front end of the car and it's a (hopefully) simple mod I'd like to do to mine.

UK version:

I would think a Land-Rover dealer can order them for you. They'll just be listed in the catalogue as NAS (North American Spec). Certainly i'd ordered Japanese spec parts for my mini, my local (uk) Rover dealer never had any problem getting them.

I should think they're a straight swap too, while the NAS wiring harness might be different to change the function of the lamps, the connectors would likely be identical. They're all going to be made from the same moulding.

One benefit with any online sales is you're allowed to send them back with in 7 days for a full refund if you change your mind. Land-Rover dealers can also return parts over a certain value, so if you get one from your local dealer you can compare it, and if it wont fit just hand it back.

The only problem that I can see is the NAS spec lights not only have the amber strip in them but they are illuminated, that in its' self is not a problem as you just don't connect them. However the indicator lamp also doubles up as a cruise lamp, and will have a double filament bulb in it, like a stop and tail lamp, so your wiring loom will not plug in to the new indicator lamp socket. As to whether the bulb holders are interchangeable or not I don't know, if they are then it will be an easy swop, but if they are not then you'll have a bit of a head ache finding the right plug and changing the loom.
What you need is a picture of the back of a NAS spec lamp with the bulb holder removed so that you can compare it with the UK one to see if the notches in the edge are the same. And I can't help you there, but maybe one of our ffrr owners over the pond will oblige  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Paul, the NAS side marker front and rear is a single filament 5w capless w5w bulb not a dual filament one  ... - .- -.

The fitting is identical, the worst that could happen is that you will have to substitute your own lampholder in the new NAS fitting.

Why you no rissen All US cars Have A 21w flasher and contained within the same unit a 5w cruise lamp, it was standard fitment on my 1966 Ford Thunderbird, and I can see no reason as to why they would change this on later cars. ie the indicator has a 380 bulb (5/21w 12v) not a 382 bulb (21w 12v). So as I said you will have to change the bulb holder over to the English one so that the wiring loom still fits. The chances are the hole in the lamp unit has the same notches cut in to it to lock the bulb in place, BUT, I would not like to bet on this. Manufacturers have a nasty habit of moving locking pegs around the holders so that they will only fit the lamp that it was designed with, and if they can strike up an exclusive deal with a manufacturer then only their bulbs will fit.

Just look at the reversing lamp bulbs you can get the same bulb with 3 different pin spacing's 180 deg, 150 deg, 120 deg. Then there are the R380 bulbs 5/21w 180 deg, 150 deg, 180 amber offset, etc. I'm not trying to discourage the fitment of NAS front lamp units, far from it, I have NAS rear's on mine. All that I'm saying is my T'bird doesn't have indicator bulbs in the front indicators, they are stop and tail bulbs with off set pins and they are amber. Be warned, only trying to avoid disappointment  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

They do on a D4, a Peugeot Partner & others in the JLR group Miggit... They use the double filament bulb in lots of cars in the UK sir

Not in the front directional indicator of a 2002-2012 Range Rover III UK spec, unless I'm the odd one out and every UK parts is set up only to supply me
The Ford Transit uses double filament bulbs in the side repeater indicators, BUT, that is not the front light cluster on a ffrr, and I thought that was what we were talking about

And before you all start, IT IS A US (NAS) indicator / turn signal bulb holder, and yes it looks the same as a UK spec bulb holder, but the UK bulb WILL NOT FIT

But I'm now reasonably sure that the UK bulb holder will fit in to the NAS lamp assembly.

Yes but that holder takes a round bottom bulb Miggit not a square one sir

That Bulb Holder is YAJ000070G and is for north america and will take the north american bulb with 2 filaments in it, I know it looks the same, but it isn't
I do not have access to the parts lists for the Range Rover, I can only go on what I can find on the web, that holder is listed on an American site for NAS cars. If its the wrong picture, it's not my fault.
I was only trying to point out that the NAS car is NAS for a reason, otherwise it would just be another LHD Range Rover, and be identical to the UK RHD Range Rover, only with the steering wheel on the wrong side. Will Someone from America with a NAS ffrr please wade in, cos I'm loosing the will to help  Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
