The only problem that I can see is the NAS spec lights not only have the amber strip in them but they are illuminated, that in its' self is not a problem as you just don't connect them. However the indicator lamp also doubles up as a cruise lamp, and will have a double filament bulb in it, like a stop and tail lamp, so your wiring loom will not plug in to the new indicator lamp socket. As to whether the bulb holders are interchangeable or not I don't know, if they are then it will be an easy swop, but if they are not then you'll have a bit of a head ache finding the right plug and changing the loom.

Paul, the NAS side marker front and rear is a single filament 5w capless w5w bulb not a dual filament one ... - .- -.

Why you no rissen All US cars Have A 21w flasher and contained within the same unit a 5w cruise lamp, it was standard fitment on my 1966 Ford Thunderbird, and I can see no reason as to why they would change this on later cars. ie the indicator has a 380 bulb (5/21w 12v) not a 382 bulb (21w 12v). So as I said you will have to change the bulb holder over to the English one so that the wiring loom still fits. The chances are the hole in the lamp unit has the same notches cut in to it to lock the bulb in place, BUT, I would not like to bet on this. Manufacturers have a nasty habit of moving locking pegs around the holders so that they will only fit the lamp that it was designed with, and if they can strike up an exclusive deal with a manufacturer then only their bulbs will fit.

They do on a D4, a Peugeot Partner & others in the JLR group Miggit... They use the double filament bulb in lots of cars in the UK sir

That Bulb Holder is YAJ000070G and is for north america and will take the north american bulb with 2 filaments in it, I know it looks the same, but it isn't
