Hi Guys, new to the site so thanks very much, One of my DVD screens isn't working and just wondered where the best place to start would be?

Welcome aboard Captain ! My first guess would be wiring underneath the seat. I have seen cases reported where the plug of the heated seats can come undone, so why not the plug for the screen !! Other than that, have a look on the forum, Craig (Cam Tech Craig) explained how to remove a screen headrest, it should show where the wiring etc. is so that may help as well Smile. MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!
Have the Faultmate MSV2 Extreme to be tinkering with the settings etc. !!

Thanks ebajema,
I've done some more digging around, all the plugs are connected, I pulled one of the fibre optic cables and noticed there was only one light on, presumably there should be two and ideas? also I cannot get the remote to work, I am switching the remote over to the screen onn the backside but the light on the remote for that screen in flashing, is this right? anyway the remote isn't working the DVD in anycase.

Do you know how I can contact Cam Tech Craig directly to see if he can shed any light on it?

Scott

I have also done a selftest through the touchscreen panel and it has come back with two faults,

B101025 Rear Video Input Failure
B100E25 TV/RSE Video Input Failure

As I can't see the TV and one of my headrest monitors isn't working I suppose that's all i can expect!

Pull the seat back off and take the loom/cable from the monitor to the seat base out and swap them over... That is the cable that normally fails sir...
