Welcome aboard Captain ! My first guess would be wiring underneath the seat. I have seen cases reported where the plug of the heated seats can come undone, so why not the plug for the screen !! Other than that, have a look on the forum, Craig (Cam Tech Craig) explained how to remove a screen headrest, it should show where the wiring etc. is so that may help as well . MY 2010 5.0 SC Galway green and sand interior!!

Pull the seat back off and take the loom/cable from the monitor to the seat base out and swap them over... That is the cable that normally fails sir... |
