What price a holiday ....

Now i am made out to be the bad one where the family is concerned ....

Wife and eldest daughter have just came in and told me they have booked for Disneyland Florida for £21k ( Family of 5 ) .... F Censored k me , probably some of you guys have paid more but FFS ... how do they justify it ....

Needless to say everyone is staying out my way as i have been nicknamed Victor Meldrew .... Rolling Eyes Rolling Eyes

Maybe once it has sunk in i'll get over it ... Whistle Whistle ====================================

Me and SWMBO go every year to Barbados, sometimes Upper Class flights, always the same little (expensive) boutique hotel but I'm sure it doesn't cost that per person. But I don't get those sort of surprises as I book ALL the holidays and it's a long time since we stopped in Disney hotels, breakfast with the characters and all that but it's still an alligator swamp in Florida.
My lot think I am Victor as well Rolling with laughter
Still it's only money and shrouds don't have pockets and after all if you don't spend it with the kids now they'll get it when yer dead. Geoff

The wifes told me to stop moaning as it would have been £22k but they gave her a £1k off .... Whoopee friggin Do ....

Yes, use the 'revenge purchase ploy'. Although it did backfire when I bought the Mini in 2002. Mrs bought a new kitchen that cost more than the £17k I paid for the car.
