I'd be interested how it goes. I've swapped from a D2 to a RR but haven't towed the tin tent yet and mines a large twin axle too |

D2 - No comparison, FF is a different and much better beast. I too looked the D4, and being an ex-D3 owner I was hard pushed to go FF but glad I did, also wanted a V8...I don't need 7 seats and the FF is a nicer ride. Towing a large TA isn't an issue either

Surely the difference between D2 and 322 RR towing is inconceivable!!! The D2 was/is a great workhorse/tank but as far as driving/towing refinement is concerned... How could you possibly try to compare them???

Was said " tongue in cheek" Craig! I know there will be no comparison, before I had the D2 Alive remapped, we were coming home from the lakes over shap summit, and almost had to drop to 3rd! It was blowing a gale and raining but didn't stop a FF, pulling a TA go past me like I was standing still!!

I think you're over the 85% rule there! |

No problems. We've been all over the place with it, and took it on the Ferry to Ireland a couple of years ago. Don't know its on the back! |

I am always fearful of that statement and it's used way too much, "so how does your car tow"...reply "Oh I don't know it's on the back"...

We nearly put a deposit down on one of those Eternitis at the Caravan Show last year. They were doing 0% finance with a 50% deposit. We'd just bought the static, so missed out by a week!
