Oh yes

Well picked it up! And it got a good clean today! Wee bit disappointed that the drivers seat heaters don't work!! What do I need to check? Or it's back to the garage!

Agree, straight back to the dealer, no question about it - if they said everything works and it doesn't you have got them "bang to rights" and if they try to mess you around, just threaten them with Trading Standards

I presume you've checked that everything else works??

Also, I wonder given that it has the front flaps and steps, whether it perhaps needs the rear flaps as well??
