Both my keyfobs are now saying 'low battery' on the dash, I've ordered a couple of CR2016 Duracells but how hard a job is it please? Wanted to check before prizing the keyfob apart and it falling into a thousand pieces on the kitchen table

Easy peasy.....

Prise off the back cover

Undo the two screws

Remove back of fob

Remove battery

Refit in reverse

Do one at a time, and check the key you changed the battery in works on the car before changing the other battery. Should be no problem, but better safe than sorry! .
Experience is the only genuine knowledge, but as time passes, I have forgotten more than I can remember

Mines just come up with the same message

Remember to peel off the sticker bit on the battery before inserting it into the key fob.

Mine didn't work first time... (Never seen that fitted on button cells before is my excuse!)
