plastic panels in the rear.

Hello i love goingthrough the forum to see how you all care for your RR, as a new owner of a L322 i would like to get it looking as best i can. It is the green and the panels on the dash are some sparkly stuff that is scratching off, looks shoddy and i will probably get one of those stickon dash kits, but what is concerning me at the moment is in the back and on the back seats, the plastic trim in painted with something that looks like a rubber or acrylic? paint, and it looks like the previous owner used to carry things in the back that started the paint peeling. Some of the panels are cream and others green, is there a way to renew this coating? Look forward to your sugestions.
