Check the venty bit below the windscreen. Water from the screen should drain through holes that can get blocked with leaves. My Previous RR's!

Check the sunroof drains. Quite common with Land Rovers. |

not fuel tank, tank is at 3/4 |

My old car (Cayenne) had drainage tubes that ran along under both doors on each side. Were supposed to drain out behind the wheel arch cover at the front but this often got blocked by salt/grit/mud etc. Not sure if the RR has a similar design? |
