My air suspension takes a long time to lift the car between heights, 25-30 seconds, this is the norm . From what I gather the later system picks the car up a lot quicker, and I know that the P38 only takes a few seconds between height changes. So why does the 2002-2005 FFRR take a life time?

your compressor is over 10 years old so i imagine its worn a bit... i would repair or replace to get it working quicker, thats if more speed is needed.. ... - .- -.

My compressor is less than 2 months old and was brand new not a referb, so I don't think that is to blame. I do remember the under lying theme of all the threads that I have read on early L322 EAS, is it is slow, very slow, I'm just trying to down grade it to P38 speed Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

Oh don't get me wrong, the new compressor will lift the car from entry height to offroad in just under a minute. Which from what I gather is the norm for the early cars, but I'm also lead to believe that the later cars with the Hitachi pump will do it in around 30 seconds That's twice as quick

from access to standard is 40mm, from standard to off road is 60mm, only 10mm but maybe that's why it takes longer.. ... - .- -.

Hmmmmm don't like your maths much Stan, think you mean 20 mm, but I get the idea, makes sense to me, but can I improve on it? Like Clarksons answer to every thing MORE POWER! or should it be more air Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!

I've sourced a second compressor and plan on having a twin pump set up, shouldn't be too hard to plumb...

All this time to play and your not allowed , Still it gives you plenty of time to plan every upgrade in detail so there wont be any head scratching, just action when the starter finally lets you go

I was going to piggy back the electrical connections, using just one temp sensor and "T" in the air lines.
