The series 2 v6 has just done warrington to cairnryan at good speed and time getting 31mpg so shows the engine is good and not a turd like a good few out there and hasn't put a foot wrong even with the snow in Northern Ireland and Scotland on the way through yesterday  FFRR MY06 facelift With TDV8 Alloys Zeros/ATR's

I have gradually tweaked the performance through a Milltek exhaust, K&N filter, iridium plugs and a few other things. Next step is a smaller supercharger pulley and a remap. Have also replaced the expensive and always flat run-flat tyres with normal ones.

No, it's not a JCW, but by the time I've finished with it, it will certainly have a similar, if not better, level of performance than a JCW.
