Newbie question.... Whistle

I've just bought my first FFRR Mr. Green Mr. Green Mr. Green

Does anybody know if my LTZ's (285/50/20) will fit these RR Alloys without any fouling issues ?

Just got back from having my LTZs fitted and the drivers side rear seems to be rubbing Big Cry ,so I've looked under the wheel arch and there seems to be some kind of plastic extrusion that leaves only a gap for a Rizzla paper between that and the tyre and every slight camber to the right you can hear it rubbing...does anybody know what this is please ?
