Thanks all. Will this allow me to actually replace the wiper arm or just the blade? I really don't want to have to take the spoiler off but I am thinking this is what I am going to have to do. |

Thanks. I realize that refers to replacing the wiper blade but what about the arm. Does this position the wiper stops in allow me to take off the arm as well without having to take off the spoiler? |

It takes all of 5 mins to remove the spoiler. Well worth doing as the aluminum hub at the base of the arm oxidizes and binds the arm so that next to no pressure is put on the blade.

OK thanks folks. It looks to me, in the video clip that I shouldn't need to disconnect any cables, just undo the 3 screws/bolts, slide it towards me and lift up, place on top, then prise off the old arm and fit the new one. It looks simple so I don't believe it |

do yourself a favour and nip to "Halfwits" or similar and grab yourself a small puller set. Invaluable for things like this and very cheap.

Replaced the whole wiper arm and blade on the rear, easy job, removed the spoiler, lifted the cap on the end of the arm, removed the nut and washer (totally rusted so replace both), put a drop of Bitron on the conical spline and it came off easily. |
