I've heard a lot of good things about the Broadway site. Must try it in the new year

You guys must know the answer to these questions -

1.Is it difficult to tow? (never tried it before)

2. Assuming it's not, then what would make a good starter van - very comfortable for two? Geoff

Towing is not difficult, and the ff makes it easier being heavy so it's nice and stable and auto so you don't burn out the clutch. It's just a matter of judging gaps and distances correctly as well as realising you could weigh up to 5 tonnes with a caravan on the back. So long as you passed your test before 1997 there is no restrictions on your license to what you can tow, but after that there are certain parameters which must be adhered to.

There are loads of vans out there and it's a matter of taste, and budget, a fixed bed end washroom van is the current van of choice for couples as you don't have to make up the bed and you get a full shower room. This layout has been around a while now so there are plenty in the secon hand market, but my advice is to get something cheap, and see if you enjoy it in an older van then you know you will when you buy a nicer one with gizmos and better heating👍 plus vans at around the 3-4k mark hold their value so long as they are dry and in good nick, so you won't lose out if you decide it's not for you, or come upgrade time.

A good place to start lookinghttp://www.caravanfinder.co.uk There is nothing that can't be fixed with a hammer😜😜
