leave it in standard and jack up on the side jacking points or the cross members underneath...jack one side at a time and use axle stands....when you take the FF off the axle stands you might have to toggle the suspension so it settles into its setting.. ... - .- -.

If your jacking the front up at home on the drive? I would stick it in off road height and importantly leave the door ajar which will inhibit the air suspension from trying to self level whilst you jack up one corner, potentially unsettling the car whilst on a jack sir
