Hi bud, this may or may not help, I have read on here that the there are 2 fuel senders in the tank, as it humps over the propshaft, that may explain the fuel sender 2 fault, meaning that it's the second sender not the first! As to the injector fault I haven't the foggiest idea, however I have been told that the engine appears to run quite smoothly on 5 injectors, and they have a reputation for the injector loom failing, might be this. Try unplugging the injectors one at a time with the engine running, if there is a broken wire you wont notice any difference if you pull the broken one, but it will make a big difference if you pull a good one, because you'll be down to 4 cylinders!
If you find a broken one, you might want to swap that injector over with a good one, and try again just to make sure it's the lead and not the injector Yesterday I couldn't spell Engineer... Today I are one!
