Year of car?
Have you just retro fitted a digital tuner to an analog fitted car ?
Serial number if a new unit ?
Have you tried pressing auto on the screen ?
stuff like that

Its a 2010.

As far as I know it has a digital tuner from new. I tried pressing auto but I just get two channel options, both blank.

I set it to Ireland which is where I live... No luck.

dont think it works in ireland because of the mpeg2/mpeg4 difference...
