I am in the process of finally getting onto the FFRR ladder!

I have come across a car that looks a little odd, compared to others.

Please see the image attached.

Are these the correct tail lights and headlights for a '55 plate FFRR Supercharged?

yep , theyre right, but the grille and side grilles have been painted 2002 td6 vogue, 06 supercharged facelift

They've painted the side of the lights black? guess they wanted to black more out (inc the red reflector)? L322 2002 4.4 V8 LPG

They look correct - its just been 'pimped' up a bit - the return on the rear lights looks as though it has been painted black, as does the front grill, side vents and door handles.

However - the wheels are from a RRSport, they are not correct!

Are there any other modifications you can see?

don't like the idea of spending a good whack of cash on something that has been pimped... god knows what else has been done to it!

and... the wheels - i didn't pick that at all! normally a sign of something off...

The second car pic might be my next pursuit!

I do like the wheels on the 2nd car you posted...

Like you say pdt - sadly, RR's with to much DIY 'pimping' are usually trying to hide something else

Advise you to keep looking - just think, she is out there right now...waiting for you!

iTLAD - 22" Overfinch Tigers (I think) - nice looking, but, do nothing for the ride quality.
Also - need to make sure they are Genuine Overfinch (not remoulded Chinese bean cans)

19" alloys are ideal, 20"s maximum IMHO


I'm thinking we should run a book on who is going to get their RANGE ROVER first

I had a look on fleabay for those wheels, nearly 3K. I like em, but would like a better ride...

Yeah PDT gets my vote...


I can up my budget for my car to 40K, but there is still nothing about in the colour combo I would like... But I wanted to get the 2010 conversion done because I really like it... so looking to spend 36/37K.

I need to phone my insurance company first though because I read in another thread that the insurance premium rockets by Big Bucks.

Re insurance iTLAD i read that as well and if true kinda put me off getting the conversion done

i have high res versions from the seller and cannot see the required 'overfinch' brand on the spoke...
