Hi I've bought a 2005 vogue that has had a front end conversion.
The headlights and fog lights work ok but the washer jets and headlight leveling doesn't.
Anyone done a conversion that could help me, ie parts I will need or wiring examples.

The headlamps won't auto level as the conversion offers no facility to have this feature working. The lamps should be setup as best as possible and left that way. The same goes for bi directional headlamps on later models.

As for the washer jets, it's likely the conversion was only half done, you need a higher powered washer pump, this only fits in the later style screenwash reservoir. It's an easy enough job to fit, bumper off, arch liner off, remove old, replace new. Then the arch liner needs a little trim at the front. Parts total to about £150 And consist of reservoir, 2 x pump for front / rear jets, 1 x pump for front jets, 3 x rubber seals. You can use your original level sensor.

Thanks for that, Will it not fail it's mot due to the lights not self levelling. My M3 failed due to this.

Not that I'm aware of, your issue will be the wash jets not working. That's a definite fail.

Did the old lights with the wipers on them self level? Not sure why the new lights wouldn't have this option.
Just noticed also that the front parking sensors don't work as well
