The man from the AA fair play to him tried everything inclduing talking to Landrover technical. But at the end of the day they are taking it to the dealers. They reckon some Control unit but need the Computer to tell them which one.

They are two of them out there at the moment trying to work out how to get the handbrake of and into Neutral and its chucking it down. The front seats are going to look a diffrent colour when they have finished.

Oh well its only my beloved Range Rover so looks like i am white van man for a few more days yet.

I have a two year old son, makes you put everything else into perspective. I wish your child and your family a lot of strength.

Presumably you checked fuses sir? Sounds like one or more systems are not getting a feed...

If you don't get any luck with the dealer, were only 45mins away sir Thumbs Up

Well AA got it into the dealers and fuse 61 had gone, chap from aa aid he checked that, but maybe he pulled wrong one.

Dealer does not know what caused the problem and all faults cleared . Interestingly I mentioned what lucky had said and asked me to find out what wire in the rear had frayed. I said yes sir at £100 per hour !!!

But maybe worth checking if you don't mind Lucky

Thanks Craig bear that in mind next time Current 2010 Vogue SE, Stornoway Grey with Storm Leather,Deployable steps, Vision Pack
